HELP DESK STUDENT MANAGER
BEREA COLLEGE

I work at Berea College Information Systems and Services as a Student Manager. Here i am responsible for help to manage a team of about 30 student workers as we do traditional helpdesk and desktop support tasks as well as general classroom maintiance. We maintain and update a ticketing system detailing what we do on specfic jobs. I need help on wrighting what i do in these roles, I'm gonna go to Internships and Carear Dev for help.

Serve as a point of contact for Student Technology Associates to ask questions, seek guidance.
